Air & Vacuum Machine Placement Agreement & Host SLA

Operator shall furnish and install commercial stainless steel combination air/vacuum or standalone air tower units. Host property grants permission to anchor equipment onto concrete island pads using four 1/2-inch wedge anchor bolts and connect to a dedicated 120V 20A or 240V 15A electrical circuit. Operator pays all installation and permit costs.

Host location shall receive a monthly commission equal to thirty-five percent (35%) of gross card and cash collections generated by the machine, payable by direct ACH on or before the 15th calendar day of each month. Host receives access to a real-time online dashboard tracking daily audit counters and uptime.

Operator guarantees 48-hour on-site technician dispatch for cut hoses, frayed whip lines, jammed coin slots, or compressor motor failures. In jurisdictions with statutory free air mandates for fuel customers (e.g. California AB 531, Connecticut), machine shall feature an operator-funded push-button bypass switch.

All compressed air storage tanks must carry valid ASME Section VIII Division 1 national board stamps, automatic timed electronic water condensation purge valves, and calibrated 150 PSI ASME safety pop-off relief valves inspected and certified annually pursuant to State Boiler & Pressure Vessel Division codes.

Operator shall maintain at its sole expense Commercial General Liability insurance of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence naming Host Property Owner as Additional Insured, covering all vehicular tire pressure damage or personal injury claims arising from machine operation.
