- ✅ Hangarkeeper's Policy: FBO maintains minimum $10,000,000 Hangarkeeper's Liability covering hull physical damage.
- ✅ Brake Release & Gear Pins: Flight crew must leave nose gear steering disconnect pin accessible and parking brake disengaged.
🔥 NFPA 409 High-Expansion Foam Fire Safety
- ✅ Zero Fuel Defueling: Aircraft fueling and major maintenance defueling strictly prohibited inside enclosed hangar envelope.
- ✅ Grounding Reel Bonding: Static grounding cable must be clamped to aircraft airframe during all ground power unit operations.
- ✅ Hot Work Restrictions: Welding, open torch, or high-temp heat gun use requires FAA hot-work permit and foam isolation.
⛽ Jet-A Fuel Uplift & Flowage Concessions
- ⚠️ Exclusive Fuel Rights: FBO holds exclusive retail Jet-A fueling concession granted by municipal airport authority.
- ⚠️ Flowage Surcharge: Self-fueling flight departments must pay established $0.18/gal airport flowage concession fee.
- ✅ Fuel Quality Assurance: Daily millipore water detector and API gravity hydrometer test logs maintained on all fuel trucks.
📜 FAA Part 139 & Reversionary Airport Clauses
- 💎 FAA Grant Assurance Compliance: Hangar facility cannot engage in unjust discrimination or grant exclusive aeronautical rights.
- 💎 Reversionary Title Clause: Fixed improvements revert to municipal airport sponsorship upon 35-year ground lease expiry.
- 💎 Security Identification Display Area (SIDA): All tenant pilots and maintenance techs must hold active airport SIDA badges.
