Commercial Attachment Rental Master Agreement & Operational SLA
High-Flow Auxiliary Compatibility, Case Drain Protection & Wear Part Return Protocol
PROTOCOL v2026.1
1. Mandatory Hydraulic Case Drain Line Connection
For all high-flow motor-driven attachments (forestry mulchers, cold planers, rock saws), Lessee must connect the dedicated 3/8" low-pressure case drain line directly to the base machine hydraulic reservoir prior to engaging auxiliary hydraulics. Operating without an active case drain line results in immediate hydraulic motor shaft seal rupture and is billed 100% to Lessee.
2. Flow (GPM) & Pressure (PSI) Machine Match Warranty
Lessee certifies that host skid-steer/excavator hydraulic output matches the attachment rating plate. Over-pressurizing attachment hydraulic circuits beyond 4,000 PSI or under-flowing high-flow motors causing thermal cavitation constitutes unauthorized mechanical abuse.
3. Wear Part Consumption & Carbide Tooth Replacement
Normal cutting edge wear is included in base rental. Excessive tooth breakage, missing carbide tips due to metal/concrete strikes during forestry mulching, or bent breaker moil points are inspected upon off-rent check-in and invoiced at standard replacement cost ($45β$120 per tooth).
4. Hydraulic Fluid Cleanliness & Anti-Contamination Standard
Both carrier machine and attachment flat-face quick couplers must be thoroughly wiped free of dirt, sand, and grit before connection. Lessee is strictly liable for any contaminated or burned hydraulic oil introduced into the rental attachment.
5. Physical Damage Waiver & Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Lessee provides a valid Certificate of Insurance naming Lessor as Loss Payee with minimum $50,000 Rented Equipment Coverage, or elects Lessorβs standard 14% Property Damage Waiver (PDW) with a $1,000 deductible.
