Cold Storage & Blast Freezing Master Agreement

FDA FSMA & USDA HACCP Cold Chain Compliance, -10°F Continuous Temperature Warranty & Lot Traceability

FSMA v2026.1
1. Continuous Temperature Guarantee (-10°F Storage / -40°F Blast)
Warehouseman warrants that bulk pallet storage vaults maintain continuous ambient air temperatures at or below -10°F (-23.3°C), with blast freeze tunnels operating at -40°F (-40°C) with minimum 800 FPM air velocity over product pallets. Automated NIST-traceable temperature dataloggers record room temperatures at 5-minute intervals.
2. FDA FSMA & USDA HACCP Food Safety Compliance
Facility operates under an active Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls (HARPC) food safety plan compliant with the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) requirements for meat, poultry, and seafood cold chains.
3. Inbound Lot Inspection & Cold-Dock Seal Protocols
Inbound refrigerated reefer trailers must arrive with intact numbered security seals and product pulp temperatures at or below 40°F (fresh for blast freezing) or 0°F (previously frozen). Products undergo immediate intake barcode scanning and transfer across 35°F refrigerated cross-dock loading bays.
4. Ammonia Refrigeration Safety & Spoilage Indemnity
Warehouseman maintains active OSHA PSM (Process Safety Management) and EPA RMP compliance for industrial anhydrous ammonia (R-717) systems, alongside dual secondary standby power generators. Warehouseman carries $5,000,000 Temperature Breakdown & Ammonia Contamination Spoilage Insurance.
5. Pallet Storage Invoicing, Access & Recall Traceability
Storage is billed monthly per pallet position on a recurring 30-day cycle. Customer possesses 24/7 cloud portal visibility to EDI inventory records, lot codes, expiration dates, and instantaneous Mock Recall reports capable of isolating any lot within two (2) hours.
