Bulk Cryogenic Liquid Dispense Agreement

Supplier warrants that all bulk Liquid Nitrogen (LIN), Liquid Argon (LAR), and Liquid Oxygen (LOX) dispensed into Customer bulk microbulk tanks or cryogenic liquid cylinders meet Compressed Gas Association (CGA) Grade 5.0 ultra-high purity specifications (moisture ≤ 2.0 ppm, total hydrocarbons ≤ 0.5 ppm, oxygen impurity in LIN ≤ 1.0 ppm).

Customer bulk storage tanks and microbulk vessels are equipped with differential pressure level telemetry transmitters transmitting live liquid level data to Supplier's central dispatch. Supplier automatically schedules top-off tanker deliveries whenever tank liquid volume reaches thirty percent (30%), guaranteeing 100% uptime.

Customer warrants that all transfer personnel utilize mandatory cryogenic face shields, loose-fitting insulated cryogenic gloves, and closed-toe footwear. Indoor cryogenic use areas must feature continuous ambient oxygen monitoring sensors calibrated to alarm at ≤ 19.5% oxygen levels.

Liquid cylinders (160L–240L dewars) leased from Supplier remain Supplier property. Cylinders undergo mandatory periodic 5-year hydrostatic pressure testing, vacuum re-evacuation, and relief valve recertification pursuant to DOT-4L specifications. Damaged or lost cylinders are billed at replacement cost.

Bulk liquid deliveries are billed per standard liquid gallon or hundred standard cubic feet (CCF) via temperature-compensated coriolis mass flow meters. Payment terms are Net 30. Supplier maintains $10,000,000 Commercial General & Environmental Hazmat Pollution Liability Insurance.
