Bulk High-Purity Water Dispense Agreement & Quality SLA

Depot warrants that spot-free water dispensed at commercial bulk filling nozzles maintains Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) ≤ 10 PPM (conductivity ≤ 20 µS/cm). Type I laboratory deionized water lines maintain electrical resistivity ≥ 18.0 MΩ·cm at 25°C. Digital telemetry automatically locks fill arms if TDS exceeds quality thresholds.

Client is solely responsible for ensuring that receiving water tanks, IBC totes, mobile trailers, or tank trucks are pre-cleaned and sanitized. Depot is not liable for down-stream water contamination resulting from dirty customer hoses, unwashed poly tanks, or airborne particulate introduction.

Authorized fleet drivers utilize encoded RFID keycards or mobile digital credentials to initiate high-speed bulk pumping (50–100 GPM overhead camlock fill arms). Dispensed volume is metered with certified positive-displacement turbine meters accurate to ±0.2%.

Unless specifically designated and certified as NSF/ANSI 60/61 municipal potable water, bulk RO and DI water dispensed at the facility is formulated strictly for commercial cleaning, solar panel maintenance, automotive detailing, power washing, and laboratory applications. Not packaged for direct human consumption.

Invoicing is generated automatically on the 1st of each month via ACH / credit card on file based on aggregate gallon depletion logs. High-volume commercial accounts exceeding 25,000 gallons/month qualify for tiered volume rebates.
