- ✅ Lint-Free Tyvek Paint Suit: Full hooded antistatic painter coveralls required inside booth during spraying.
- ✅ Nitrile Chemical Gloves: Zero bare skin exposure allowed during solvent mixing or gun cleaning operations.
🔥 NFPA 33 Explosion & Flash-Off Fire Safety
- ✅ 15-Minute Flash-Off Window: Solvents must evaporate under full exhaust purge before activating heated bake cycle.
- ✅ Zero Open Flames: Smoking, grinding, or unrated electrical tools strictly prohibited within 25ft of spray booth.
- ✅ Grounding Clamp Attached: Antistatic grounding wire must be clipped to vehicle chassis to dissipate spray static.
☣️ Hazardous Solvent & Paint Sludge Disposal
- ⚠️ Zero Pouring in Drains: Leftover 2K clear, basecoat, or thinner must be poured into dedicated red hazardous waste drums.
- ⚠️ Enclosed Gun Wash: Spray guns must be washed exclusively inside pneumatic recycling gun cleaner stations.
- ✅ Oily Rag Disposal: Solvent-soaked lint-free tack rags must be sealed in self-closing OSHA approved yellow metal waste cans.
📜 Time Increments, Cleanliness & Liability Waiver
- 💎 Exhaust Filter Clogging Penalty: Excess dry overspray coating floor grates without paper masking incurs $75 fee.
- 💎 Hold Harmless Liability: Customer assumes 100% legal responsibility for paint formulation results, runs, and finish quality.
- 💎 Booking Overstay Rate: Exceeding reserved booth time window billed at 1.5x standard hourly rate.
