Dog Daycare & Boarding Enrollment Agreement & Veterinary Protocol

All canine guests must have current veterinary records on file verifying up-to-date vaccinations for: Rabies (1 or 3-year), DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza), Bordetella (Kennel Cough, administered within the past 6 months), and Canine Influenza (H3N2/H3N8). Dogs must also be on active monthly flea/tick preventative.

Every dog must pass a 30-minute behavioral temperament evaluation in a controlled yard prior to joining open playgroups. All dogs over seven (7) months of age must be spayed or neutered to participate in cage-free group daycare. Facility reserves the right to isolate any dog exhibiting unprovoked resource guarding or dog aggression.

Owner acknowledges that open pack play involves natural canine social interaction where minor scratches, nicks, or saliva transfer can occur. Yard attendants are trained in Pet First Aid & CPR and enforce continuous supervision adhering to a maximum 1:15 staff-to-dog safety ratio.

In the event of acute illness or sudden injury, facility is authorized to transport the dog to the designated primary veterinarian or nearest 24-hour emergency animal hospital. Facility is authorized to approve emergency stabilization treatment up to $1,000 if Owner cannot be reached immediately.

Daycare hours are 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday. Overnight boarding guests staying in private tempered-glass suites must check in by 4:00 PM for feeding and settling. Late pickups after 7:00 PM are automatically converted to an overnight boarding stay with standard nightly suite charges applied.
