⚖️ Standard Weight Limits & Overage Fees
- ✅ 10-Yard Bin: 1.0 to 1.5 Tons Included ($75-$85/ton overage rate).
- ✅ 20-Yard Bin: 2.0 to 2.5 Tons Included (Standard residential cleanout).
- ✅ 30-Yard Bin: 3.0 to 4.0 Tons Included (Commercial construction & demo).
- ✅ Clean Dirt/Concrete: Dedicated heavy loads require dedicated 10-yard inert bins.
🚫 Prohibited Materials & EPA Hazardous Waste
- 🚫 Wet Paint, Stains & Solvents: Cans must be dried with kitty litter/sand.
- 🚫 Refrigerators & AC Units: Freon compressors require $50 EPA removal surcharge.
- 🚫 Car Tires & Car Batteries: Banned from landfill ($25-$50 disposal penalty).
- 🚫 Asbestos & Biomedical Waste: Strictly prohibited from standard C&D bins.
🛡️ Driveway Protection & Property Waivers
- ✅ Wood Block Planking: Place 2x10 wood boards under steel roller wheels to prevent asphalt cracking.
- ✅ Property Damage Waiver: Customer indemnifies hauler for sub-surface driveway settlement.
- ✅ Overhead Clearances: Minimum 14ft overhead powerline and tree limb clearance for hooklift booms.
⏱️ Rental Periods & Dry Run Trip Fees
- 💎 Rental Window: Standard 7-day rental ($10-$15/day extended rental fee).
- 💎 Dry Run / Blocked Access: $150 trip charge if cars or gates prevent delivery or pickup.
- 💎 Overfill / Level-Load Policy: Debris must not extend above the top rim of container.
