Commercial Hydro-Jetting & CCTV Assessment Agreement

Contractor shall utilize high-velocity hydro-jetting equipment operating between 2,000 and 4,000 PSI @ 60–80 GPM with rotational chain flails, penetrator, and root cutter nozzles. Customer acknowledges that high-pressure water scour is an aggressive cleaning method necessary to clear heavy calcified scale, FOG grease, and tree root intrusions.

All pre-cleaning and post-cleaning CCTV video inspections are performed by NASSCO PACP (Pipeline Assessment Certification Program) certified operators utilizing self-propelled robotic pan-and-tilt crawler cameras. Customer receives full 1080p digital MPEG-4 video logs, continuous footage counter overlays, and standardized PACP defect coding reports.

Customer expressly acknowledges that severely corroded cast iron, unreinforced clay (VCP), fractured orangeburg, or collapsed thin-wall PVC pipelines may have suffered severe pre-existing structural degradation. Contractor shall not be liable for pipe collapses, joint separations, or blowouts resulting from pre-existing structural failure during normal hydro-jetting.

Contractor manages all recovered vacuum slurry, grease, and debris in strict compliance with municipal wastewater discharge bylaws and EPA Clean Water Act NPDES mandates. Recovered FOG waste is manifested and hauled to licensed commercial liquid waste treatment or composting facilities.

Standard scheduled commercial work is billed at quoted hourly or per-line rates with a 4-hour minimum mobilization. Emergency dispatch (after-hours storm or mainline blockage) carries a 1.5x labor multiplier. Invoicing terms are Net 30 with $5,000,000 Commercial General & Pollution Liability insurance in force.
