Self-Pour Taproom Placement Agreement & Draught Quality Protocol

Automated Flow-Meter Dispense, 21+ Age Verification Compliance & Brewers Association Sanitation

PROTOCOL v2026.1
1. State ABC 21+ Age Verification & Automated Ounce Cutoff
Host staff verifies government ID and issues an encrypted RFID wristband/card linked to patron’s payment method. Pursuant to state Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) regulations, software enforces a mandatory 32-ounce automated shutoff limit on beer (or 10-ounce for wine) requiring staff visual re-assessment before RFID card re-activation.
2. Brewers Association 14-Day Caustic Line Cleaning SLA
Operator performs mandatory bi-weekly chemical recirculating line cleaning using a 2–3% sodium hydroxide (caustic) solution heated to 80°F–110°F, followed by quarterly acid flushes to eliminate beer stone (calcium oxalate). Faucets and tavern couplers are completely disassembled and scrubbed.
3. Walk-In Keg Cooler Cold-Chain & Glycol Temperature SLA
Host maintains cold room storage at 36°F–38°F with continuous electronic temperature telemetry. Operator’s dedicated power pack maintains glycol chiller reservoir temperatures between 28°F–30°F, guaranteeing 38°F liquid dispense at every tap faucet with zero warm-line foaming.
4. Flow-Meter Calibration & Real-Time Cloud Inventory
Digital turbine flow meters are calibrated to an accuracy tolerance of ±0.5% (within 0.1 fluid ounce). Cloud software provides real-time depletion telemetry, tracking keg evacuation rates and alerting staff when kegs reach remaining 10% volume.
5. Commercial Liquor Liability & Indemnification
Host maintains Commercial Liquor Liability insurance of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence. Operator warrants that all dispense hardware is NSF/ANSI Standard 18 food-equipment certified and complies with all state plumbing backflow preventer codes.
