Storage of any firearms, ammunition, explosives, lithium-ion battery packs exceeding 160Wh, flammable liquids, pressurized gases, illegal narcotics, perishable unsealed foodstuffs, or live animals is strictly prohibited. Facility utilizes continuous AI computer vision surveillance and volatile organic compound (VOC) sniffers. Violations will result in immediate law enforcement dispatch and forfeiture.

Each locker booking generates a cryptographically hashed, one-time-use QR code and 6-digit dynamic PIN sent to the verified user's mobile device. Users must not share PIN credentials. The automated kiosk logs all door openings, closures, and infrared beam interruption sensor timestamps to prevent theft.

All confirmed locker rentals automatically include $1,500 in third-party theft and fire damage guarantee per compartment. Standard locker reservations are valid for up to 14 consecutive calendar days. If a bag remains unclaimed after 14 days and outstanding recurring card charges fail, the operator reserves the right to remove luggage to off-site secure bonded storage pursuant to State Unclaimed Property and Warehouseman Lien statutes.

In the event of a lost mobile device or power outage, users may authenticate identity via 2-factor government ID verification at the central touchscreen kiosk or via 24/7 video dispatch operator for remote door solenoid unlock. Facility maintains 4-hour uninterruptible battery power supply (UPS).
