Turnkey Machinery Moving & Rigging Master Agreement

Contractor shall furnish a stamped Rigging Lift Plan detailing center-of-gravity (CG) load distribution, hydraulic gantry header sizing, and floor slab ground bearing pressures. Customer warrants that industrial concrete floor slabs meet minimum structural thickness and compressive strength (min. 4,000 PSI) for specified steel crane mat footprints.

Contractor maintains active primary Rigger’s Legal Liability and In-Transit Cargo insurance with a minimum limit of Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000) per occurrence covering physical damage to Customer machinery while in Contractor’s care, custody, and mechanical rigging control.

All synthetic roundslings, alloy steel chain slings, wire rope bridles, and Crosby shackles possess visible proof-test identification tags with a mandatory 5:1 safety design factor. All lifting operations are directed exclusively by NCCCO Certified Master Riggers and Signalpersons.

Upon machinery setting, Master Millwrights execute precision optical laser leveling, shaft alignment, and dial indicator run-out verification to manufacturer tolerances within ± 0.001 inches per foot. Heavy equipment anchoring is executed via epoxy chemical anchors with proof torque testing.

Customer is solely responsible for complete electrical lockout/tagout (LOTO), pneumatic, hydraulic fluid drainage, and coolant decontamination prior to mechanical unbolting. Contractor invoices on quoted milestone or daily crew rates with payment terms of Net 30.
