Mobile Sauna & Cold Plunge Rental Agreement & Safety Protocol

Trailer must be parked on a firm, level surface (concrete driveway, packed gravel, or asphalt). Rubber wheel chocks must be placed in front of and behind tandem tires, and all four corner drop-leg stabilizer jacks must be deployed and locked before any occupants step onto the trailer deck or enter the sauna barrel.

Only clean, dry seasoned hardwood (birch, oak, maple) supplied by the operator may be burned in the Harvia wood stove. No treated lumber, pine, or trash. The stainless-steel insulated double-wall chimney must maintain at least 10 feet of vertical clearance from overhanging tree branches or building rooflines. Spark arrestor cap must remain attached at all times.

Renter is responsible for filling the cold plunge tubs using a standard potable garden hose upon delivery. Before the scheduled pick-up time, renter MUST open bottom ball valve drains and completely drain all water from cold plunge tubs to prevent dynamic slosh instability during highway return transit.

Sauna barrel operating temperatures must not exceed 200°F (93°C). Continuous sauna sessions should not exceed 15–20 minutes without a cool-down break. Individuals with cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, or who are pregnant must consult a physician. No alcoholic beverages or glass glassware permitted inside the sauna or plunge area.

Operator performs medical-grade UV-C and ozone shock sanitization, organic botanical cedar wash, and stainless steel plunge disinfection between all customer rentals. Renter agrees to leave benches and floor swept and stove ash cooled.
