Commercial Pallet Purchase Agreement & ISPM-15 Quality SLA

Grade #1 (Premium Grade A) pallets feature unbroken solid wood stringers with no companion blocks or sister repairs, flush top deckboards (minimum 7 top boards, 5 bottom boards), and zero protruding nail shanks. Grade #2 (Grade B) pallets may contain companion stringer blocks and sound repaired boards meeting NWPCA commercial load bearing standards (2,500 lbs static capacity).

All export-designated pallets are heat-treated in ALSC-certified kiln chambers until core wood probe temperature reaches a minimum of 56°C (132.8°F) for at least 30 continuous minutes. Each pallet is branded with a permanent, visible IPPC "wheat stamp" displaying the facility agency symbol and registration number.

Depot provides a dedicated 53-ft dry van drop trailer at Buyer’s distribution center. Buyer may load un-repaired wooden cores directly into the trailer. Upon exchange, Depot delivers a fully loaded trailer of 560 Grade A/B reconditioned pallets and issues credit against core acquisitions within 5 business days.

Buyer reserves the right to reject any individual pallet exhibiting loose deckboards, structural splits exceeding 1/3 stringer width, or chemical/oil contamination. Depot provides immediate unit credit or delivers replacement pallets within 24 hours of notification.

Invoices are billed on Net 30 payment terms via automated ACH. Delivery freight includes a baseline radius; distant shipments are subject to the standard DOE National Average Diesel fuel surcharge index. Title transfers upon signed dock receiving bill of lading (BOL).
