Emergency Temporary Power Supply Agreement

Lessor guarantees deployment and on-site delivery of specified Megawatt trailer generator assets within two (2) hours of emergency notification, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year for reserved standby contract holders during unplanned grid utility outages, transformer failures, or severe weather declarations.

Temporary generator electrical tie-in must be executed through an approved, electrically interlocked Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) or manual generator tap box with positive mechanical utility disconnect, strictly preventing electrical back-feeding onto utility lines in compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC Article 702) and local utility safety rules.

All deployed mobile diesel generators feature EPA Tier 4 Final Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) with Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) injection and hospital-grade sound attenuation enclosures (sound levels ≤ 68 dBA at 23 feet) compliant with urban municipal noise ordinances.

Lessor provides dedicated mobile tanker refueling to ensure generator on-site sub-base fuel cells remain above twenty-five percent (25%) capacity throughout prolonged disaster recovery deployments. Off-road ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) fuel is billed at cost plus a fixed service delivery margin.

Trailer generators feature 110% environmental double-wall fluid containment basins. Lessor maintains $10,000,000 Commercial General & Environmental Pollution Liability Insurance. Customer is responsible only for physical damage resulting from negligence or unauthorized tampering with voltage selectors.
