💰 Financial & Utility Commitments

🌙 Quiet Hours & Guest Etiquette
- ✅ Quiet Hours: Sunday–Thursday: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Friday–Saturday: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM.
- ✅ Overnight Guests: Max 3 consecutive nights per week unless agreed upon in advance.
- ✅ Common Area Cleanliness: Zero personal items or dirty dishes left in common kitchen overnight.
🧹 Shared Chores & Supplies
- ✅ Weekly Rotation: Trash/recycling takeout, kitchen wipe down, and living room vacuuming.
- ✅ Common Supplies Pool: Paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and sponge costs shared equally.
- ✅ Refrigerator Shelves: Dedicated individual shelves + labeled leftovers with date prepared.
🚪 Move-Out & Subletting Terms
- 💎 60-Day Written Notice: Required before moving out prior to master lease expiration.
- 💎 Replacement Subletter: Departing roommate responsible for finding approved replacement.
- 💎 Security Deposit Settlement: Returned within 14 days following final move-out room walkthrough.
