Water Softener Salt Route Service Agreement & Quality SLA

Company provides scheduled recurring deliveries of premium 99.8% pure evaporated water softener salt pellets or solar crystals directly to Customer’s property. Delivery route driver carries 40-lb bags directly into the home’s basement, garage, or utility room, pouring bags directly into the brine tank up to the recommended fill line.

On every delivery visit, driver inspects the brine tank for salt bridging (crusting) or mushing at the base of the tank. If a bridge is detected, driver safely breaks it down with clean poly probes and verifies float valve brine draw operation at zero additional labor cost.

All delivered salt pellets meet strict NSF/ANSI Standard 60 drinking water treatment chemical certifications and AWWA B200 purity criteria (>99.6% NaCl). No unrefined rock salt or high-insoluble dirt salts that clog injector nozzles or foul ion-exchange resin beads are ever delivered.

Subscribers experiencing unexpected high water usage (guests, pool refills) can request an expedited priority route stop. If salt runs empty prior to the next scheduled cycle, Company guarantees top-off delivery within 48 business hours to prevent hard water mineral scale in plumbing and appliances.

Service operates on a flexible month-to-month basis with automatic credit card or ACH recurring billing. Customer may adjust bag counts or skip delivery cycles anytime with 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled monthly route dispatch date.
