Autonomous Security Patrol (RaaS) Agreement & SOC Monitoring SLA

Provider furnishes, deploys, and maintains autonomous ground patrol rover(s) equipped with 360° solid-state LiDAR, dual 4K optical PTZ zoom cameras, uncooled FLIR long-wave thermal imaging, automated weatherized wireless charging dock, and encrypted dual-carrier 5G LTE SIM connectivity.

Provider’s UL-listed monitoring center actively supervises live telemetry feeds 24/7/365. AI-detected security anomalies (human intrusion, vehicle loitering, thermal spikes, open doors) trigger immediate live operator video verification within thirty (30) seconds. Operators initiate real-time two-way audio talk-down warnings and dispatch local law enforcement or client security officers.

Rover operates strictly within authorized digital geofenced property boundaries. Rover executes automated random-interval perimeter patrols, stopping at designated critical checkpoints (loading docks, gate access points, dark corridors) for 360° thermal and License Plate Recognition (LPR) sweeps.

Provider guarantees minimum 99.0% monthly rover operational uptime. In the event of catastrophic mechanical failure, LiDAR misalignment, or battery degradation, Provider deploys an on-site field robotics technician or air-freights a replacement rover within twenty-four (24) hours.

All video footage is encrypted in transit and at rest with 30-day cloud retention. Optical cameras are configured with privacy masking to blur neighboring public roadways and private residential windows. Provider maintains $5,000,000 Cyber & Technology Errors & Omissions Liability insurance.
